Assistant Branch Manager – Industrial MRO Supply Company

Description :

A leading Oil & Gas / Industrial MRO Supply Company in the Permian Basin is seeking an experienced Assistant Branch Manager to help lead our Midland, Tx Operation.

 

Responsibilities

• Oversee & manage all aspects of the Branch, including Operations & Sales
• Management and oversight of all branch employees
• Train, coach, and develop staff
• Drive sales growth and manage branch expenses
• Handle customer concerns, complaints and issues should they arise
• Meet, or Exceed, company financial goals
• Other duties as requested by management
• Ability to lift over 50lbs

 

Skills

• At least 2 years of previous management experience
• Business Development, Account Management and Customer Service experience
• Knowledge of pipe, valve and fittings (PVF) industry
• Must have computer skills

 

Compensation

Salary plus bonus. Pay is based on experience.
