Field Service Coordinator – Midland, TX

Overview

Must have 5-10 years of experience in gas dehydration and/or as a production equipment operator to qualify.

The Field Service Coordinator (FSC), acting as a senior leader and interface representative between the company and the client, organizes the activities of field job development and is involved with upfront planning, coordinating, estimating, and execution of large, multi-faceted field service projects, simultaneous operations with multiple tasks or multiple independent operations at the facility and in the field.

Duties and Responsibilities

The duties and responsibilities of the FSC include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Coordinate, organize, and assist daily in determining the resources needed for multiple projects forecasted and to ensure all will be executed smoothly.
• Primary senior coordinator to the Business Manager and operations team on job estimating, planning, walkdown, scope, job task assignment, staff resources, project cost tracking and profitability.
• Primary contact for third party vendor assignment and coordination.
• Documentation: work closely with operations on project specific, provide input as requested on employee performance evaluations to Business Manager or Executive Management.
• Site safety supervision, shop/facility and field auditing, employee training and mentoring.
• Addressing and resolving disputes within the company and with the client.
• Project Manage field projects and lead work as assigned.
• Maintain equipment and facility readiness, as senior leader to operations team in conjunction with assisting the Business Manager.

All these responsibilities, and any additional duties deemed appropriate by management, are to be carried out in accordance with the company’s policies and applicable laws.

Qualifications / Requirements

Education and Experience

Must have 5-10 years of experience in gas dehydration or production equipment operator.

General

• Work Hours: 7:00 AM to 4:30 PM M-F (When in office) but services are performed based on a 24hr/day – 7/day week operation. Client operations are 24/7 and require that we accommodate their needs and requests in an immediate and timely basis.
• Be on and assist in scheduling of afterhours, weekends, and holiday on call when not on an assigned project.
• Ensure that all after hour operations are adequately and timely covered, including customer call-ins and shipping & receiving.
• Responsible for timely & accurate completion of expense reports.

Salary range: The range is based on experience but should range between $90K-$100K. Company provides full benefits including health, dental, vision, life, disability, paid vacation time, sick time, paid training and development, as well as a company match on 401K.
