Outside Sales Representative

Summary:
We’re seeking a full time experienced Heavy Contruction Equipment Sales Professional for our Odessa, Texas location (Covering Midland / Odessa area). The Salesperson will be responsible for selling equipment, rental, service and parts for various brands and models of earth moving, compaction, material handling, etc. machinery.

Responsibilities:

• Equipment, Service, Rental & Parts Sales of heavy equipment such as excavators, wheel loaders, backhoes, dozers, forklifts, boom mowers, sweepers, rollers, pavers, stabilizers, milling machines.
• Business Development
• Account Management
• Understand and comply with all safety and environmental requirements.

• Communicate effectively and professionally with customers, supervisors and personnel.

• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
• Stay up to date on all changes in various models of equipment sold and serviced by the company.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.

Qualifications:

• At least three (3) years of continuous experience in Sales if heavy construction equipment.

• Basic computer skills.
• Maintain a valid drivers license.

• Must be able to pass a drug screen and background check.
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
