Job Title: Production Manager – 2nd Shift

• Ability to work from 4PM-Midnight from Monday-Friday.

Location: Jefferson City, TN

• Must reside in commutable distance of Jefferson City, TN (This is an onsite role.)

MUST HAVE:

• Prior management / supervisory experience.
• Ability to lead and motivate a large team.
• Experience in working in a fast-paced environment.

The Second Shift Production Manager will be responsible for leading a large production team in a warehousing facility that specializes in wholesale distribution of print. The ideal candidate will have prior management experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position that requires working from 4PM-Midnight Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and lead a large team of production workers, including monitoring and maintaining their performance and attendance.
• Develop and implement production schedules and ensure all deadlines are met in a timely manner.
• Monitor production processes to ensure quality control and efficient use of resources.
• Communicate with other departments within the company to ensure a seamless workflow and timely delivery of orders.
• Identify and resolve any production-related issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and company policies and procedures.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure proper stock levels are maintained.

Requirements:

• Prior management experience is preferred but entry-level managers will be considered.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to lead and motivate a large team.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work from 4PM-Midnight Monday-Friday.

Salary and Benefits:

• Starting salary for this position ranges from $50-60K, depending on experience.
